Today I was served by the delightful Alexis, who gave me cheery, personalised service from start to finish. I get around with a spine injury that is not a visible disability but I find it difficult to use changerooms, and take quite a while trying 6 items. Alexis was patient, kind, obliging and attentive and assisted me with a dress that is likely going to be my M.O.T.Groom gown and it was such a lovely experience! I am in premium retail, actually I train new staff to achieve customer service excellence, and realise the value of an employee such as Alexis. Please commend her!

A great looking clothes shop set in Murray Street Mall, I became obsessed with the Architecture of the Building and of course the stunning interior of the shop... Forever New is an extremely classy shop, reasonable prices... Good quality clothes. The staff are very hands on & their customer service is extremely pleasant, considering how busy the shop always is.... They have always been polite to me..!! Great clothes, great surroundings & stunning shop... Definitely visit this one...!!

I want to compliment and thank Danika for the amazing service she provided! She was extremely helpful with helping me choose some outfits, really listening to what I was saying and also checking other stores for some items I was after. She has a positive and incredibly sweet nature and attitude. Will be returning soon again.

Best styles, great quality and friendly staff!! Forever new has an elegant nice taste is fashion. From formal wear to event wear dresses, from jewellery to trendy handbags, footwear, scarfs, it’s a one stop destination.

I absolutely love this store. There is decent variety of stylish ladies clothes to choose from. Anything from corporate to casual weekend, bridesmaids to wedding guest. The ladies that work here are always so helpful. They don’t hover but they definitely check in to make sure you have the right size and I find they are honest about whether something actually suits your body shape. They make suggestions and bring other items for you to try on. They have a curve and a petit range. Great place to pop your head in during the week during your lunch break.

I came in last Thursday morning to put together a complete outfit for a last minute photoshoot. I didn't catch her name, but I'm so grateful to the gorgeous lady who walked me through my options and styling tips. The dress was perfect, as was her advice for the final look. 10/10 for personal styling.
